I have a new 25 TRD ORP that for the most part I love it but I experiencing what could be best described as jittery like ride most noticeable it seems between around 40- 45 -47 mph. Let me say I have the XSeries that has 265/70R18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on the TRD wheels. I have put about 1200 miles on it and recently took a road trip and it is smooth as can be on the highway. But it seems to have this like jittery like ride around the speeds mention above. Sometimes it seems like it doesn’t and other times on what seems like a smooth brand new paved road it is just jittery enough that it’s noticeable. My tire pressure is set to 32 cold and it doesn’t really feel like a balance issue. They glide down the highway smooth as ever. Can tires even be out of balance at say 45 but not 70….seems like it it was out of balance it would become worse with speed. Either way it doesn’t really feel like it’s balance. I know the tread is aggressive and body on frame etc but I came from a Jeep on 35s with aggressive tires that was smooth as could be at any speed. I’m not even sure not smooth is the best way to describe it but rather jittery almost like the tires and shocks are super stiff with no weight in back. It drives straight as an arrow and no vibrations felt up front or anything but just a jittery like effect more towards the back. Is anyone else experiencing this with the TRD OR or aggressive tires. I’ve had a lot of trucks and Jeeps etc and never really felt that I really recall.
