Another vote for ugly with that silver fake bead lock look. The all black ones from the TRD Pro or alternate stock wheels look so much better. I was so happy my ORP came from the dealer with those and not the two tone stock ones, it was going to be the first thing I replaced otherwise.
Mine came with the Pro wheels but the spare was still the ORP rim. Had to buy another one and swap. Haven't had any interest on Marketplace getting rid of the original

I had method Wheels on my 5th gen, and they were about as fake as you could get.
I personally like this look on the wheel.

I have seen many stock styles that are all black. But "beauty is in the eye of the beholder"
Just put on some meaty tires and you will look fine!
My 2 cents is put your money in decent suspension down the road.

Wheels will get bashed on the trail and you will regret spending 2K on pretty shiny Mall Wheels!

Interesting, I didn’t think the responses would be so divided down the middle.
it seems half of you think they are ugly, while the other half think they are fugly.

As the biggest issue seems to be the silver rim, has anyone tried these to make them black?

Hey that's a great idea, I was thinking just taking some matte black rubber paint like they sell for the wheel dips. And just painting the edges, but I personally like the look! I had method all black wheels on my 5th gen and I got pretty sick of them after a while, these are a little novel for me right now.
But I won't spend thousands on Wheels anymore just to have them bashed up. I'll put my money in suspension! Toyota seems to go through different phases of wheel design and some aren't bad while some are kind of hokey , like the 5th generation SR5 I thought looked pretty blase and fugly, just my two cents

Only if they were all black

I like both!, I'm going to stick with my silver trim, I find them fairly novel right now. I had all black methods on my 5th gen and got tired of them after a while. Rubber dip coating is easy, but another Forum poster just added a link to some overlays.

I think the fact that they are a convex design vs concave like the TRD Pro doesn’t help. That also will make them more susceptible to trail rash.

For me though, I think I’d prefer to spend the money on K03s than on new wheels. That will help its off-road performance and should also make the getup look better thanks to its butch chunkiness and white lettering.
That and the black decal overlays.

It seems that people cannot swap these wheels quick enough for the TRD Pro or aftermarket wheels.

Why no love for the stock TRD OR/ORP wheels?
They just look like faux bead lock wheels... most boomers look at them and say those are some sharp wheels.... yeah nope... they got yanked off

Mine came from the dealer with the Pro wheels and chunky Nitto tires. I haven't lowered the spare, so I'm not sure if they put the Pro wheel on the spare. The spare tire is defintely not the same as the 4 others.

Edit: Actually they are different from the Pro wheels I'm seeing online. Mine are 18" black 9-spoke TRD wheels.

Wow - so many responses.
As someone who swapped out the TRD ORP wheels and is running both the TRD PRO wheels (with OEM 265/70 Michelins) and the TRD Flat Black option wheels (with 285/70 Toyo ATIIIs) I will say that the chrome ring was out of place with the black trim everywhere else. Essentially, the only other piece of chrome was the logo badge - which I swapped out for the lighted black chrome version. And I have decided I really like the all black wheels - the little bit of red TRD on the center caps is a nice accent.
Comparison of the different wheels (before latest swap):

And I gifted my TRD ORP wheels to my son for his 2022 SR5 Premium - which they fit the look of well. Also gifted him triple peak rated 265/70 Toyo ATIIIs for his move to Colorado - they made it 2/3s across the country and up to Winter Park last weekend. (And to avoid "stolen valor" he replaced the TRD center caps with the black/silver "TOYOTA" caps to finish the look.:>)

The real question is... why are you not?

Just kidding...
I see ORP wheel and instantly think those are wheels come from a base model.. (which is not)
They just kind have a cheap look to it...
