Anyone experiencing any issues with unhooking their battery during storage. I need to park my 6th gen. for 4 to 6 weeks and was going to unhook the battery. Any thoughts?

If you have power where you are storing, buy a battery tender to keep it charged. No disconnect needed.

just note having the battery disconnected you will lose some settings and you may need to re-initialize some stuff.

this is not an all inclusive list

Just came home after being away for 3 weeks. Put the multimeter on the battery before starting the 4Runner, and it showed 11.87 volts. The car started just fine, but it clearly lost power while sitting in the garage.

I’m going to start using this solar trickle charger. Will see if it works - in the sun only 5-6 hours per day.
