Not having to pay premium exchange rate getting from the states.
Not getting fraud charge by the great canada gov for duty.
Already has cutout for light bar.
Same height as OEM roof rails.
Installation by the owner himself.

There's more annoying noise than the faint whistling from the rack.
This probably make less noise than OE cross bars.
