HI, the compressor came with your TRD Pro? I dont believe mine did. That said I never looked. I also had to get my rock sliders as an accessory.

yeah it did pretty nice to have. For the 2025 only a few got them to my understanding. But on the 2026 Pro i think it’s available as an option.

I decided that getting the 25 ORP Hybrid had most of the important factory 4WD items also the TRD skid plate, sun roof, 14" screen and JBL system. Then I added after market items I thought were important. I have done PPF, lo profile rack, awning, rock sliders, Banks airbox and turbo tubes, additional lights, and trailer brake. Next up is lift with Bilstein 6112/6100 shocks and UCAs. Then once I hit about 15K on the tires, will switch to 17" wheels and 275 tires. I carry a compressor when we go out on trips. I'm so happy with my rig. With hybrid, instant torque 😁

Lots of good comparisons.

Mine basically came down to if the TRD Pro had a standard non-hybrid engine that would have been my pic.

I have a 4Runner (gas) and a grand Highlander (hybrid). I’m not anti-hybrid. But the cargo space is a big deal to me. No doubt it’s a good engine.

Only if you've never owned one. Will never go anything but hybrid ever again, blows gas 10 miles out of the water!
I'm not sure about this, to be honest.

The extra weight, reduced payload, and reduced cargo area is a big factor.

I agree that hybrid engines are great in the CRV/RAV4 segment, but I don't think it was anything other than a US emissions compromise choice in the 4R/Taco/LC250.

Yes CO/ZA. That is my feeling- all the factors you listed. Hybrid also great in the GH. It’s a big vehicle and gets 33mpg. Cargo not impacted. But I can understand why some 4H owners also love it. The early torque is nice. It’s all about use case. Good to have options.
