I've dragged my TH mudflaps over pretty big rocks plenty of times and although it sounds terrible from inside the vehicle and has scuffed the edges of them they're still fine.
Are they silicon base?? Or hard plastic

I think you will break it into pieces as soon as you go off-road
Not worried about, and I appreciate your point of view.

Are you able to give the width measurement of those? Trying to compare to my stock to see how much of a difference it is. I’m looking at same wheel set up you did just with the black rims.

Newbie question here, What is the purpose of Mud flaps? I feel like mentionned above they are more an hindrance than a feature. But I'm sure I'm missing something. I was asked a long time ago why I didn't put mud flaps on my WRX, I answered why would I? The guy just walked away...

Wondering about the "wide" size.. What is the width of the flaps you installed.
I've got the POI mud guards on mine and I'm curious how much wider they are.
Any chance you could send a measurement?

@sliver Just what they sound like...keep mud (and dirt, gravel) from being thrown up at your fender behind the tire, as well as, perhaps, flung at whoever is driving behind you. Keeps it all a bit cleaner and, more importantly, protects the paint.

I have the stock ones on my ORP, they seem fine. I have not done heavy duty off road at this point, but I have taken it off road over some rough terrain. I think these flaps are close enough to the tire, and not too long, where they will not be hit as much as one might think. Mine are still fine (unlike one bent support for my running boards...just below, doesn't affect anything--but made quite a clunk!).

Thanks!!!! Finally! So they would have been useless on my wrx. (Never went off-road) I'll look at what's available for the TH :)

Do these fit on all 6th gen trim levels and is drilling required?
