Great product if it fits your application. If you order one, please tell him that "His animation guy, Bill" recommended it. I don't get kickbacks... I just want to see him succeed.
Man.. Very sorry to hear this. I lost my 2021 TRD Pro on the day after I moved to Seattle back in '21.. I had boxes in the garage and parked in on the street for the night. Here's the kicker, the thieves moved it about 2 miles from my house and parked it. BUT... They shut it off before they...
Wondering about the "wide" size.. What is the width of the flaps you installed.
I've got the POI mud guards on mine and I'm curious how much wider they are.
Any chance you could send a measurement?
Running E-load KO3s 275/70/18 - The ride is awful.. Especially on crappy roads with lots of little bumps. I've aired down to 33psi and the ride is slightly better, but it's still really stiff.
Wish I had tried to find a "C" load KO2 instead. Considered the SL load Nitto G3, but had really...
Looking badass my friend! I may have missed this, but did you only install the upper portion of the grill? I'm looking to do the same, but didn't want the hassle of having to both parts and relocate the camera.. really didn't want to have to pay the dealer to recalibrate the camera is more...
There are only a couple of “C” load options for 275/70/R18. Nitto, Wrangler and Toyo AT3 - EV version. Get ready for a rough ride if you switch to E load. I’m running this setup up on KO3s and the ride is sometimes miserable. But, it’s awesome off road and in wet conditions. Also...
Thanks for posting that photo. That's not what I was thinking. I was thinking it was something that could be adjusted inside the cabin - maybe something buried in all of those settings. I want to drive a PRO now to see how the different rides feel.. Can't wait to ask the sales person about...
Very curious about this. Can you please give us a little more? Is the setting a button, or is the setting electronic on the digital gauge cluster? If it's on the gauge cluster, could you post some photos of where the setting is? I know it's a PRO thing... Want to do a little investigation...
I'm running 285/70R18 E-load BFG KO3s.. It rides horrible, but I dropped the PSI to 33lbs and it's better. Certainly not a dream. After hearing about the suspension mode adjustments features on the TRD PRO, I'm now curious and want to know more.
I inquired about the rough ride problem at my dealer as well. Part of my issue was that I moved to E-Load tires. But, what the 4-Runner guy at my dealer told me was that there that all 4Runners (except TRD PRO and Trailhunter) are equipped with Bilstein shocks. I've aired my tires down to...
@FoozGrind - You're my brother from another mother (or sister from another mister) from what i can tell.. I had a 2006/2014/2017/2019/2021 before I traded the '21 TRD Pro for my 6th gen.
The change in design was the main and the tech were really the main reasons.
I like having the sensors...
I'm running 275/70/R18 BFG KO3s. +20 offset. They rub just a tiny bit without the mud guard delete. I modified my mud guards to make it work, I have about a finger width between the tread and inside fender when turning.
From what I've heard/read, the fender width is the same on the ORP and the Sport model. It's the PRO and TrailHunter that get the extra 1.5 inch flare. I had to do a little nip/tuck to the mud guards to stop the rubbing, but seeing I have those, I'm guessing they're helping a bit. The 275 is...
This should be the correct part number - PT998-89210-F2. They should be a fit for the 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro. Might not be in the system for the 2025 T4R just yet. They are updating the parts systems daily. And honestly, they're doing a poor job.
