I had an RCI Pike front bumper and a Warn Zeon 10 winch installed yesterday. My main goal was to add solid recovery points and a suitable mount for a winch, and the shop that handled the work, Bullhide 4x4 in Fort Collins, recommended this setup.

The only issue after the installation was a squeaking noise caused by a bracket making light contact with the winch housing. I resolved it by placing a thick rubber strip between the bracket and the winch and securing it with zip ties.

Here are a few photos for anyone interested in how the bumper and winch look once installed.

Here's the parts list with links in case anyone is thinking about doing the same...
I cannot comment on installation difficulty because a shop completed the work, but they handled everything in a single day once the parts arrived. I tested the system briefly after pickup. The clutch is easy to reach through the bumper’s access opening. The remote controller requires opening the hood to plug in, although the connector is positioned conveniently and the hood can be closed once the controller is attached.

The amber lights were not a priority for me, but I did not want unused openings in the bumper. I verified that the switch and wiring function correctly, although I am not sure how often I will use the lights. The front license plate partially covers the light bars and completely covers the RCI logo. That does not bother me, but owners in states without a front plate requirement will not have this issue. In states that require a front plate, I'm sure there are other ways to mount it.

This setup should suit my needs well. I expect to use the recovery points and winch during winter snow-wheeling trips, which is the main reason I added the equipment.

Did you change out the front coils for stiffer ones to compensate for the added weight from the bumper and winch? Or is that coming down the road?
