  2. Westcott roof rack issue: contact with roof rubbed paint down to metal

Ok, again, what website are you getting your products from?
  3. Westcott roof rack issue: contact with roof rubbed paint down to metal

What was the website you found these on? Yeah, Westcott makes a great product but they need work on their customer service. I’m happy with their product, quality metal, perfect welds, real top notch ish when they finally get it right.
  4. Westcott roof rack issue: contact with roof rubbed paint down to metal

Here are the photos of the bracket. The front one (original from last year) sits slightly higher-if I remember correctly. So right to now I have the original that I ordered a front and modified bracket on the rear. The only advantage is if I ever take off the molle panels I still have the...
  5. Westcott roof rack issue: contact with roof rubbed paint down to metal

I had a problem with the billet hats that I ordered from Westcott as well. Same story. Went round and round with emails, texts, calls. Finally got it figured out but cost me an extra $600 for installation since the installer had to take everything apart twice.
  6. Westcott roof rack issue: contact with roof rubbed paint down to metal

I contacted them last December, letting them know they didn't fit properly. They sent me a redesigned bracket-the holes did not line up. I spent weeks going back and forth with them, ignoring texts and phone calls, which they did not respond to efficiently. They finally redesigned the rear...
  7. Westcott roof rack issue: contact with roof rubbed paint down to metal

I had a hell of a time getting the correct awning mounts from them. I have their molle panels, they had to redesign the awning brackets for me since they didn’t fit the rack in the rear.
  8. Westcott roof rack issue: contact with roof rubbed paint down to metal

I had the same issue, called them to discuss, and they didn't have a solution, so I did what you did. My only concern is when the rack is loaded for bear, it may eventually loosen up and rub on the roof (which would probably happen to me when I am in the mountains on a trail).
  9. Hybrid Real World MPG (iForce Max) - post your model, specs, general driving conditions, results:

Just drove 6 hours with 2 adults,2kids, 80 lbs dog. 15-15.5 mpg. 4Runner is significantly modded with 33.5s and 2-3” lift. The hybrid seems to be for torque and not much else.
  10. Lifetime Warranty for 4Runner 2025 Storage Systems!

Absolutely insane that a company posts ads on here like this and then treats customers this way. I’m sure you saw my post but I had a bad experience with them as well. Then Anton from The company had the stones to email and ask if there was anything they could have done to handle it better. Yeah...
  11. Heritage Blue Hybrid Build (Almost Complete)

No, I went with heavier duty coils from Dobinsons plus the Westcott spacer that comes with their spacer lift. Dobinsons (exit off road) told me that Westcott rear spacer would not work with thier coil but it worked just fine so don’t buy one from them. Westcotts is heavier duty anyway. When my...
  12. SR5 Spare tire mount space - does 275/70/18 tire fit?

No modifications needed on my part.
  13. OEM Door Panel Scuff Protectors Installed

I have them on mine and I think they look fine. You can’t even them or notice it.
  14. Dual Battery project update

I see. I do some overlanding as well, but I use an EcoFlow River 2, and carry a spare 12V battery that can all be recharged using 12V or solar.
  15. Wheel Spacers on 4Runner

Just request to view it. I have links to everything on there so a screenshot wouldn’t work. Plus it’s numerous pages.
