Does anyone have a diagram of where the pre-wired auxiliary switch connectors are in the engine bay? I know there’s one below the windshield washer reservoir that I’ve seen people post about but I’m not sure where the other ones are located and haven’t really seen any good information on that anywhere.

Just going off working on the interior ones, the drawing in the manual doesn't provide a lot of help on actually locating the plug

There are two near the washer fluid which is also behind the driver's side headlight.

In this pic, the larger of the two still has the plug in it (the piece with three red and two silver dots) and I have removed the smaller plug from port "A". You can see the metal connections.

How did you remove the caps from those plugs?

Also, I need to use the pigtail with the 20-amp connector for my lightbar. Do you happen to know which one I have to plug the harness into?

There are two variants of the pigtails. They each have slightly different sized connectors. In the manual it tells you which colored wire gives you a certain amps. Off the top of my head I believe that the 20 I'm connector is on the larger of the two pigtails, which would mean it connects into port c. That would be the larger of the two connectors in the picture that you quoted above, the one that still has the plug in it.

OK, thanks. And yes, I did see that the larger of the connectors has 20 and 40 amp capability.
Do you remember how you were able to remove the caps from those? I can’t seem to get them off and don’t wanna pull too hard on anything.

Last thing, when I run the ground wire for my light bar, do I need to ground it to a frame or do I ground it right to the ground wire on the pigtail?

Thanks in advance.

Ground it to the ground wire on the pig tail. The plugs are a pain to remove. You have to push down on the top, while pulling from either side. If you look at the connector on the pig to you can see where it clicks in and where you have to push down. I ended up using a set of very long pliers to grip the sides while I push down with one finger.

I was able to get it out. Thank you very much. I just took a very small screwdriver and pushed the pin in on the one side and was able to get it out. And miraculously I was able to connect to the correct wires looks like that 20 amp wire goes to auxiliary number 2.
With these pre-wired auxiliary switches, This was the easiest it’s been for me to install a light bar!

Do a search on this forum for a problem one of the guys had with it sitting too low and rubbing the paint. Make sure when you install it you’re pushing up on the rack and then tightening the bolts that mount it to the roof, especially in the back if you don’t, you’ll be rubbing the roof.

Do you have a Hybrid? I have the ORP also and thought everyone said that the switches were not prewired. Also Semper Fi
