Micro sized ditch lights?

I love the idea of a pillar area ditch lights but I would also love to have some that are more discreet. Small sized. I have some LED flashlights that are really bright that are way smaller than the cube lights I am seeing.
So the question is, who makes the smallest form factor lights?

Baja Design, Morimoto, CaliRaised all have lights in the 2" size. Don't think they make any smaller than that.

These look great and make more sense given the purpose of this type of light. Also don't have to reflect all that light off your hood.

I have (not micro) ditch lights on mine. I don't plan on removing them but it's kind of the upgrade I wish not having done.

I use my ditch lights often. Both on the ranch in Texas hunting hogs, and in the mountains of Idaho getting in and out in the dark. I don't get any light glare off the hood with mine. Sorry the picture isn't that great, I went out and snapped a quick one in the garage.
