The OEM headlights of ORP are pathetic and makes no difference when on high or low beams. Has anyone moved on with after market options. What did you get and how has that worked for you.

+1. The headlights on my 2022 were so much better. I am considering installing the headlights from the Trailhunter, but it's $1,800 plus labor.

I Swapped out my ORP headlights for the limited/platinum lights. Removed the bumper and they were an easy swap. Plug and play

How much did those run you? Are they different than TH/Pro?

See attached order email. These have white daytime running lights whereas the pro/TH are amber. These also say 4Runner on them and the pros say “pro” and trailhunter say “trailhunter” or have the trailhunter logo I forgot. You wouldn’t be able to tell unless you were up very close.

How is the light output? Worth the upgrade?

They def look better but for 2k I would want a lot better output. Might get a pair of the new ss3 pods to supplement

With OEM ORP headlamps, the only time I've noticed "no difference" between high and low beams was when the Manual Headlight Leveling Dial was misadjusted.

With that price, you could've gone with third party Alpharex headlights & have extra $1k in the pocket 😀

I'm getting mine soon. They are much brighter than stock. Will share comparison photos.

Everyone I know that's had alpharex headlights on a toyota has regretted it. They don't last like OEM will.

I didn't know there were any differences between the trims, well, maybe DRL color differences and I knew the Trailhunter lights say Trailhunter. So So how many different assemblies are there?

Trailhunter/Limited/Platinum/Pro: Same except Pro/Trailhunter are amber DRL and say 4Runner Trailhunter, respectively.
Everything else?

AlphaRex headlights are materially brighter, and look much better IMO. Probably the upgrade I've gotten the most compliments on. Would 100% go NOVA series
