Yes, rear feels more planted and stable, especially on the highway. Worth the upgrade

I’m running the Ironman IM 2.5 lift — about 2.6inches up front and 2 inches in the rear.

Whether you have KDSS or not, once you lift the vehicle, the panhard bar geometry is no longer balanced.
Instead of moving up and down smoothly, the truck starts to rock side to side, especially over bumps and uneven roads.
This part corrects the sway bar position and brings the ride feel—especially for rear passengers—back closer to factory.

My sr5 doesn’t have KDSS and you’re only using spacers or lifting about 1 inch, you don’t really need this.
I lifted the rear about 2 inches, which throws off the panhard bar balance, so that’s why I installed it.

Before install, the panhard bar was angled (green arrow). After install, it’s level and balanced.

I order standard version. It has two bolt holes, so it’s easier to adjust and lower the car in the future.

I think your confusion is with the brand name "Dr. KDSS" This bracket doesn't have anything to do with KDSS and is only a panhard bar correction kit.

I agree with you. A lot of people are confused by the brand name “Dr. KDSS.” This bracket actually has nothing to do with KDSS—it’s simply a panhard bar correction kit.
