Poles on the rooftent, not the awning. Worried about this hitting the back of the awning. I also have a 180.
Good to know about the other stuff though! Yes I am considering a widdle wadda but unsure atm. will test and come back with results.
Love your setup! I have a handful of build questions if you don't mind.
Any clearance issues with your awning and the tent-poles for your RTT? I'm about to install a similar setup with mine and am concerned with the awning getting in the way of the poles. Similar issues with a previous tent...
I know it's for the Tacoma, but I saw this while looking into other parts made by Mishimoto.

The new 4Runner shares a lot of engine components / layout with the new Tacoma (intake, intercooler, general hood layout AFAIK)...
Love this, have the exact same Bilstein lift. I'll be lifting around 2.5" in the front, new UCAs, and pairing it with 2" rear coil springs from Freedom off-road (bumper, winch, skids, sliders, extreme added weight), will likely achieve 1.5-1.75" in the rear with the weight.
Also going with the...

Negativity for no reason!
love the write-up, I will be pursuing a very similar system.
one question, this power panel you have installed near the battery:
what is it, how did you set it up, what else can you say about it?
also, I see you upgraded your vehicle battery as well. any particular reason?
Love the detailed write up! Thank you so much! You didn't happen to take any pictures? I won't ask you to dismantle the whole batch to help me out, but again thank you a bunch! I'll see if I can replicate it.
same as you, i have the model without electric hatch. where did you hide the wire inside the hatch? on the side of the glass? not trying to drill holes into the actual wire channel to run it.
also, good call on snipping the connector off. the rubber boots are very tight!
Helpful! I'm looking for some more info.
You have an SR5, used circlip #2, was supposed to get 1.7" lift, ended up with 2.0" lift? Did it settle, and how much?
I am asking because i have a hybrid model with extreme added weight (bumper, winch, skids, sliders, everything you can imagine). I am...
My daily driver overlanding rig:
Part-time photographer and adventurer, I'm always out on a trail at least twice a month, exploring and rolling everywhere with my rig.
Tires I'm considering: 34" Toyo AT3's. Perfect balance of off-road capability, with no need for extraneous undercarriage...
@alldogsoffroad I have a question for you
I purchased the Bilstein 6112 front and 6100 rear kit for my rig. Obviously I will be upgrading the rear bumpstops to Perryparts V3 when they're out.
As far as the front goes however, the 6112 has an integrated bumpstop on the coilover. Do you still...
I don't know for sure, but it is likely to be a more durable and higher-performance rubber compound. Plus it will likely be the same price. Worth the wait for me!
too many mods to name them all, lmk what you wanna know!
big ones:
CaliRaised roofrack with side panels
CBI offroad bumper with 13.5k winch
SXTH element CAI, Intercooler
OTT Tune
lots of other random stuff
plans for next (probably black friday):

I had these for a while, 220lb weight capacity, had a rooftop tent and an awning and tons of other stuff on there, if you find a better price than the $550 MSRP its a deal.
I got mine from Summit Racing for like $220, but seems they're out of stock there now.
Rhino-Rack USA Vortex RX Roof...
