Door Rattle During Loud Music - Solutions?

So mine started when I cranked up the tunes after couple weeks of ownership. Lower back corner of door. Normal radio didn't hear it but streaming services via car play has more bass. Will follow along for the remedy.

I have an appointment for service on Monday. I was able to replicate the issue with sales mgr in the car. Justin Timberlake "Filthy" at about 40 on the volume did the trick. The 4R Limited is about a week old.

Cgoronkin, I know it's wishful thinking, BUT if they end up opening up the door panel and installing any sort of foam (or whatever), can you ask them to take a picture of their solution so you can share it with all of us? Good luck and thank you!

Here's the latest from the dealer. Seems legit, I'll let you you know if it solves the problem.

I was having the same issue; it seemed to be the TRD piece of plastic on the door that was rattling. I slid it off and used a few of those 3M Command strips to act as a cushion between the plate and the door panel. It seemed to have done the trick... and this was after a dealer said there was no problem.

If possible, take the 4R to the dealer have them watch the video they can repair the problem. Demo a song with Service Manager so they can verify and give the tech the video (sorry on pic).

Same I showed the service guy the video they connected their phones and went off and did their thing haven’t heard any buzzing in weeks

I am going to show my dealer but want to make sure I show him the correct area to put the foam

Took my TRD pro in this past week. They could replicate the noise but wouldn’t put foam in because they were concerned it would affect the operation of the window. Instead they ordered an entirely new $1200 door panel which they seem to believe will fix the issue. It won’t, the door panel isn’t the issue, it’s the window regulator rattling against itself since it’s made out of really thin aluminum. I bought some sound deadening foam off amazon and I’m going to try an remedy it myself. It’s driving me insane though because the buzzing is ear level and it’s doing it constantly.

They foamed mine but I think it’s coming back. Local company quoted 600 to dyno all the doors. I hear it on the right side door also since they fixed it on the left
