  1. Brakes squeal horribly backing out of driveway each day

It's worth a shot to try this - pump the brakes before you reverse out. Every time I remember to do that, I don't hear any squeal.
  2. What’s the best trim for washboard roads?

We have 300+ miles of gravel/washboard in our county. My TRD Sport Prem did fine but I did add skid plates, mud guards and 17" wheels with Falken AT3s. I have been using 2 wd. so far.
  3. What lug nuts are you using?

I went with Gorilla lug nuts on my Method wheels. https://www.gorilla-auto.com/?srsltid=AfmBOor858i736C6zbMhBFxLaOM10KbKZvrx9NAFCHN-CPjD8soe6XBl
  4. Brakes squeal horribly backing out of driveway each day

Try this before you backup. Pump the brakes 2-3 times. Then reverse. I have a slanted driveway. I have heard the squealing a few times. It’s my opinion the auto parking brake is not releasing completely which causes the squeal. Since I’ve been doing the above, I haven’t heard the...
  5. Toyo AT3 285/70/17 Load C + Method 703 +35mm + Peak Suspension 1.25" front level lift

Your truck looks great! I went with Method 709 HD with 0 offset and 265 / 17 Falken AT4s on my TRD Sport Premium. I am getting rubbing on inner part of front flaps lock to lock. Maybe will consider a slight lift/level at some point.
  6. TRD Pro - Not So Pro Ride Quality!!!

I offer up my Sport Prem to test drive. Even with new Falken AT4s, road ride is very smooth. Only time i get NVH is when lane assist isn't turned off. Feedback from expansion joints is noticeable but not regular tarmac. I travel for work 2-3 times month for last 6 years. Rent many light...
  7. Starting my build TRD Pro

Hey, congrats on the OTT tune in your other thread. Interesting you had to go to Orange for that but this time of year makes it a very nice drive...except for too many others! So reading your thread build I had Method 709s installed with Falkens 265 17 70 Friday. Didn't want to go too big...
  8. TRD Pro - Not So Pro Ride Quality!!!

Interesting thread and comments. I have a completely different experience. I bought a TRD Sport Premium in July with stock 20” wheels and Yoko Overlanders. Coming from a RR Sport HSE with 20” Michelin Sports, the ride was not as sporty but very acceptable in N. Va roads. Compared to my...

  10. 2025 4Runner SR5 (stock) on 275/70/17 Falken Wildpeak AT4W - thoughts / impressions

Those look great! Great photos and leaf colors there. ]Just did same on today on my Sport Premium. Removed 20”s with 17” Method and 17 265 AT4s.
  11. Low outside temperature indicator. Why?

Been seeing those on our other cars since early 2000's
  12. Your session has expired - anyone having this issue?

The interruption message happened to me several times yesterday despite my phone connected via CarPlay. My “trials” for Sirius/ATT expired 10/3. PITA! Don’t know why this started up yesterday. Logged out of app and back in to see if that helped. If it recurs, I am going to dealer really...
  13. Toyota App - Constantly Kicked out

This happens to me couple times of week. Annoying as the iOS face rec for PW requires confirming user ID and PW acknowledgement.
  14. New member!! TRD Sport Premium Build TRD Pro wheels, predator steps

Very nice and excellent photography too. You do photography as a hobby too?
  15. 2025 4Runner TRD Sport Premium - What factory tires are on yours?

Having put on 3k miles, I do agree with your experience. Never any vibration. Smooth but bumps in concrete pavement are noticeable. Have Falken AT on order with 17" Method wheels. Will report back on that swap in another thread.
  16. Hitch Mounted Bike Rack - how to stop auto braking when reversing?

Waiting on more user friendly solution from Toyota for hitch mount bike mount.
  17. TRD Sport Premium Air Dam and Skid Plate - installation questions

I put the bolts back in for the air dam. This was mentioned in other threads on air dam removal. Having a helper or scissor jack is needed iMHO for the skid plate. It’s a bit heavy to maneuver under the truck - to hold in place and locate the bolts. Other than that, it was easy. I needed 2...
  18. Upgraded 2025 4Runner SR5 w/ Method 305 +25 offset, Westcott lift, 285/70/17 KO3

Looks great to me. I have Method 709 HD in matte black on order. Just 265s tho - no lift for now.
  19. TX>NM>CO: First Road Trip and Dirt In the 6G

Besides the awesomeness of the new model, those pictures are spectacular! The road , Rt 550, from Durango to Silverton to Ouray and Montrose is an amazing ride in autumn. Jealous!
