I got 2026 4Runner Sport Premium and got all options like it's supposed to

This is a real head scratcher. I also have a 2026 Sport premium, but I'm missing the seat buzzers.

so yours was classified as a 2026 or 2025 on the window sticker ??? going by the date of the screen shot. i mean they did shift production MY to jan to dec instead of the old oct-sep MY cycle

carista you can pay for a month ($20) and you should never need it again once you set everything.

but in this case, the missing features was the main reason i got a $20 month sub. so i didnt get my money worth since the website shows i could turn them off and they were available on my 2025 but no longer available on the 2026.

so i am trying to gather a timeline of when this changed for those that have used carista and turned off the seat buzzer and for those they have a MY 26 and when during production date did the options disappear for those with a 26.

Yes, I'm aware that you can pay per month and I have a coupon code for it. I just wanted to check that the all the options I wanted were available before I made the purchase. The seatbelt warning is very annoying and I also want my signal to flash more than 3 times.

I'm also using this ELM device I got a while back. It should have the same functionality as the Carista branded device right?

most elm should work, i have an old one from my 2014 4runner that still works with carista.

i tried both the carista white adapter and my old 2014 elm adapter and it worked with carista.

i was able to change the turn signal flash to 7 from default of 3 but unfortunately i couldnt change the seat buzzer settings on the 2026.

I bought my 2026 in late 2025 and did the Carista mod (as per the timestamp in my screenshot). 11/25 is the build date.

technically nov-2025 is a 2025 model since jan is the beginning of the MY for 4runner now instead of october on older gens

The Monroney Label said 2026. My title said 2026. VIN shows 2026 on Toyota.com. Do you work for Toyota?

Bring your car to the dealer and have them disable the seat belt tone if you cant do it.

lol I’m not hurting at all man. You asked if the window sticker said 26 or 25, and I literally told you "I bought my 2026.." based on the Monroney label says 2026. A Monroney label is the official window sticker.

Title says 2026. VIN pulls up 2026 in Toyota’s own system. Monroney says 2026.

I don't know what mental gymnastics you're doing to convince yourself you know my truck better than Toyota and the state DMV, but you can let it go now. Enjoy your ride.

26 SR5 with June build date - all applicable options are enabled. Disabled the rear and passenger dings as my backpack doesn't need a seat belt

so from what i have gathered, builds before july-2026 dont have the seat buzzer option in carista

mine was july 2026 but the june 2026 person has the seat buzzer option and nov-2025 has it also

I just have these two for that menu.

can you reply of what MY your window sticker says and the build date on the door stamp ???
