Those actually look really well built. Only $50? Buy them and if they look like crap send them back. Nothing to lose with amazon.

Ordered. Most aftermarket recovery hooks seem to be aluminum and these are steel.

These looked really different compared to the rest and like I can add d-rings.

Is the switch mainly for aesthetics? Just curious because the factory ones are more than capable. Had a Ram snatch me out of a pinch just the other day. (I should have known I was cooked when a Wrangler on 37's with a 6 in lift got stuck)

If you are never going to use them for recovery and just want red, sure. If you want recovery and red but don't want to pay for OEM, you can also remove and paint your existing.

Your car, but there is zero chance I'd trust tow hooks from a company whose only other product on Amazon is some velcro straps. You can get the OEM for a little more than double the cost. Some things you have to either stay stock, or pay to play. When it comes to someone yanking you out from being stuck, cheap shouldn't enter the conversation.

I got the front recovery points as a port installed option and really like the red anodized finish. Toyota finally came out with a rear one in red. I just had it installed yesterday. It looks great with Mudbath, but I was disappointed that it is powder coated and not anodized. I thought they would’ve made to match the fronts.

You can tell in about 3 seconds whether the welds are good. I purchased a similar piece for my sxs and the welds are perfect and it was $25.

Not to mention you should be using kinetic ropes for recovery.
