  1. What Are Your Favorite Roof Rack Grab Handles?

Thought that may be my only option but the side doesnt have that much flat real estate that is really vertical. The sides look they are setup for butterfly clamping.
  2. What Are Your Favorite Roof Rack Grab Handles?

Has anyone found any grab handles that can work with the ARB 3/4 rack? No side track or holes.... Thanks!
  3. Baja Designs S1 Hitch Light?

It was actually his idea and said Harley guys have done it to get pods to fit. It’s not like the light will get that hot. I’m sure it’s aluminum but still don’t want to shred and kill the light. The fins come real close not the wire too.
  4. Baja Designs S1 Hitch Light?

After speaking to someone at Baja Designs, the reccomedation was to use a new sleeve and drill a new hole about a half inch out and deal with the gap sticking out of the reciever or grind down the cooling fins on the back of the light fixture. Unsure of which way I am going go, but they are...
  5. Baja Designs S1 Hitch Light?

No dice. The light only fits one way. :( and I can't re-drill the way I was thinking it would work.
  6. Baja Designs S1 Hitch Light?

It would need to be close enough to make it an oval but the pin would hold it in place at that point. That may be the solution!
  7. Baja Designs S1 Hitch Light?

From the photo above, how did you secure the liught in the sleeve? The little holes line up with the little holes when the ligth is flush. I was thinking of glueing it place while it sits like yours? i drilled while it was flush.
  8. Baja Designs S1 Hitch Light?

Ahhhh I drilled my hole when it was in flush. If I would have drilled when it was out a bit that would have worked. Now that I drilled my hitch pin hole, I cant re-do that do I can either glue it in the sleeve sticking out a bit, shave cooling fins or just return it with the bad hole...
  9. Baja Designs S1 Hitch Light?

Thanks! I guess we just have a very non standard reciever! By default it sticks out about 1 inch, if glue it in place where it needs to be, it will stick out about another 1/4 inch. An alternative is shave off a bit of the cooling fins on the light. It's not like it will every get hot...
  10. Baja Designs S1 Hitch Light?

Has anyone installed or tried to install a Baja Designs S1 Hitch Light. Looked like a really straight forward install and all was working as I tested it but after I dilled the hitch pin holes I realized that the hitch pin holes are are blocked by the light fixture. I have seen some install...
  11. Loud click on rear passenger door

Possibly a door check assembly issue. Mine failed and replaced by dealer. When I opened my front passenger door I would hear a bunch of clicks like an actuator or sensor. That was was complaint #1 my other complaint was my key fob range was only 10ft or so. They acknowledged that the door...
  12. Getting rid of dealer installed vehicle's tracker

and this has nothing to do with the built-in gps and maps? Between that and the flock cameras we are really be watched.
  13. Cargo Area Layout

My goal was going to be put a plywood platform down equal to the driver side rear seat and finish it off with some carpet and some tie downs for my fridge and ecoflow.... Now that I got everything in there to test my plan its kind of tight and if it works, IT WILL JUST FIT! I was putting the...
  14. Ditch Lights recommendations?

My original plan was to get the CaliRasied Bracket Kit with the lights. I switched last minute but still used their brackets and antenna mount off the lights. The CaliRaised kit is probably the best bang for the buck!
  15. Ditch Lights recommendations?

I may know the least but I can say I just installed a set. I used Rigid Industries with CaliRaised brackets.
  16. Real-world use of 4Runner’s 2400W Inverter Power Outlet: gear, tips & cautions

Hello! Sorry to revive an old thread but this is where all the knowledge is :) Just like most, my plan was to power an EcoFlow off the truck, either by the 2400s inverter or my the 12v plug and plug my fridge into that. Is is better to use the 12v or the 2400w inverter? I dont need much, I...
  17. Scratch/Scuff on fender flare

I definitely haven’t priced that out yet. Haven’t seen anyone hit them with bedliner yet either.
  18. Scratch/Scuff on fender flare

Thanks! I think most products will "help" faded trim but I am doubtful they will help with scuffs.
  19. Scratch/Scuff on fender flare

Hello! I am noticing a few scratches on one of my fender flares. They are the matte black so I don't think buffing anything out is an option even though nothing is deep. I am sure this is really common considering how they stick out. How is everyone dealing with non painted flares...
