I recommend adding hook sided tape to the bottom side of the mount to help hold it in place.

I did this part. One tip, move the mount to the passenger side. Center spot will be harder to see when the rear window is dirty as the wiper won't hit that spot, like this:

Yes, just make sure its not printed in PLA material as that will warp over time in a vehicle from the heat. Recommend PETG or ASA.

That is affirmative and like Horbit said PETG will work but would use ASA if your in a higher heat climate or if will it be exposed to UV due to its higher heat resistance and superior UV stability.
