We are hoping to have our solution for the 6th Gen available soon. Here's an early prototype image. The production version will have access doors for the storage area under the platform, and possibly some mounting solutions for aux batteries or compressors under the floor.

Thanks! As of right now, its looking like 4-5in from the platform to the body floor.

Absolutely. I knew it wouldn't take long for this question. We plan on a solution for each configuration of the 6g. We opted for the non-hybrid, so that's where we're starting. I'll need to get my hands on a hybrid at some point to cover that base. Then, if requested enough, the 3rd row.

Hope it would be budget friendly.

We'll be sure to price it as low as we can. We put significant effort into keeping retail costs low. We'd rather do volume than make all of our money off of one unit. Our systems are typically comparable or lower in cost than our competitors, but made with higher grade materials -- no wood here! The price point for this system should be in the $6-700 ranger, but we will know more as the product develops.

Add another $80-140 for shipping. Just want folks to have an idea of the total cost and what expectations to be. AAL makes great stuff, I fitted my JL and Bronco with numerous items from AAL. Quality is top notch, Just be prepared at the checkout screen to be smacked with a big shipping charge.

Looking forward to seeing what the team comes up with products for the 6G 4Runner.

I'd be curious to know more of what you'd like to see. Cheaper usually means wood which has a multitude of drawbacks. Its often heavier and less durable over time. We choose to use aluminum panels with steel structure for an overall light weight product with exceptional durability which is almost a necessity when considering mounting drawers, slides, or lashing down heavy items.

The idea we developed early on with our Jeep line was what we called M.A.S.S. Modular Adaptable Storage System. The main idea was a base platform with wide variety of patterned tiedown points. The pattern is also the base layout for a series of modules such as drawers and slides of varying sizes. The thought was to be able to add/remove modules to suit your needs.

This is the same idea we have extended to all of our markets, and so far, we've been able to be competitive if not more affordable than our competition.
