Any updates on OEM 2.5" TRD Suspension Lift?

I literally just took this photo of mine yesterday (lift was 4 weeks ago):

I really don't understand the numbers, but I would observe that your right rear toe is not too different than my left rear. OTOH my thrust angle is spot on zero, yours a bit off (but just a small bit and I don't know what is too much).

I am experiencing left front tire rub after the lift (with my 35s) that leads me to believe my caster might have been overdone slightly - anyone know if it can be adjusted back a degree or so without wrecking the overall alignment - and maybe gaining a fraction of an inch of clearance in front of the tire? (And please educate me if this is a dumb question.)

So you are running 35's? What is your offset and exact tire size? Ed Martin Toyota installed 285/75 R18's Toyo's on TH wheels and was getting considerable rubbing at full or slightly less than full lock.

I'm sure I've posted this before, but yes: am running 285/75R18 Toyo ATIII - which are 34.8" diameter (and .3" larger than the same tire in a "true" 35" (35x12.5R18 Toyo ATIII are 34.5" diameter). Toyo A/T III specs.
I had 285/75s originally installed with +20 offset TRD Pro wheels - stock suspension with 1.25" peak leveling spacer. They rubbed some on air dam tab and on crash bracket. Crash bracket removed (and Ark crash bracket delete cover installed). Air dam removed and tab bent up. Still a slight rub in front but VERY slight. Ran them on several blue trails without issue..... EXCEPT the rear tires contacted the inside edge of my TRD OR fender flares at full articulation up.
SO....
Switched tires to +45 TRD flat black option wheels and ALL rub eliminated - UNTIL a drop at onX 7 rated Potts Mtn Jeep trail created a bend in the left front fender - it is hard to see even when underneath looking directly at it, but it apparently was enough bend to change the angles and create a slight rub in virtually the same spot. Only when in reverse turned all the way right. Right side no rub at all.
And its actually worse since the lift kit installed - and the big positive caster is the only thing that I can think of that might have caused that - hence my question.
(Note: I put the stock 265/70 Michelins on the TRD PRO wheels and swap between them - big tires for winter and off-roading)
(Note 2: I ordered 285/70R18 and that is what I thought I had until I had a flat at Rasch Creek Offroad and took some closeups of the sidewall tear and numbers to see if Toyo might replace (happened at maybe 2.5K miles). Filling out the Toyo form I was flabbergasted to see the 285/75 marking. Ended up double patching the tire and turning into my full size spare.

TLR: 285/75R18 can fit on TRD OR if mounted on +45 offset wheels with no rubbing if crash bracket deleted. (Avoid body damage that pushes into the tire:>)

Thank you for all of the information! With these trucks only being out for a couple of years, we are still in the learning process of what exactly we can get away with. Many people will benefit from your experience.

Can confirm 285/75R17s fit with method 703s with 35 mm offset. I have a mild bilstein lift probably similar to the TRD lift. No issues rubbing at all. 285/70R18s should work, with 30-40 mm offset

Thanks for the info. Do you think +25mm offset will be an issue? It means a little bit more pokey.

Mine has only rubbed once, at full lock, reversing out of my driveway (has a hump at the end that exagerates it) and I am 95% sure it was just a mud flap. +35mm offset. The @EdMartinToyota team has done two trucks with this kit on 34s and I believe they were both on OEM wheels with +20mm offset (pro and TH wheels) both without rub I believe.

I think one was Trailhunter wheels and one was port option wheels 45 offset not the pro wheels.

The trail hunter wheels are the exact same dimensions and offset as the pro wheels... So my point remains.

They installed 285/70r18s on those trucks. You can see the video on page 9 of this thread and he goes into detail about it towards the end of the video.

Those tires are 33.7" and do not rub.

My 285/75r17 at3s are 33.8" and do not rub.

The other build they did with the trailhunter wheels (+20mm) has the same 285/70r18 AT3s. Go to 1:20 of that video.

I will be able to give me thoughts in about a week or so as Ed Martin Toyota will have my truck (due this week) and is installing the lift and 285/70 R18 Toyos like mentioned (TH wheels). I foresee no rubbing, but will see if I can get it to rub and report back. Getting excited.
