Unable to remove existing parking light bulb

I was planning to install the LASFIT T3 7443 Switchback LED Bulbs on my '25 TRD ORP, but I'm unable to remove the existing bulbs. I've watched numerous videos showing a simple counter-clockwise turn to remove the entire gray/black housing. However, as seen in the photo, the housing is part of the entire structure. One solid piece. Only the white part appears to be removable, but I haven't figured out how to do this. Any help?

funny part the backside is labeled as DRL, which means thats a non replaceable part when its molded into the housing.

does that also say HB? for high beam?

Yes, it's stamped LB/HB/DRL.

Don't feel bad. I did the same thing when I tried to install these. I damn near took the pliers to it to try to remove it. Glad I didn't.

THEY ARE NOT DRL, They are parking/turn signal. Please dont call it DRL. 4Runner DLR are built into the low beam headlight
