Update! Found Toyota's print this morning for the rackless Japanese models... Part numbers I ordered are correct. Looks like there are left and right covers should be different but the US market cannot get the 73397 cover. You will have to use 4 of the 75596's. I'll compile a list here soon with everything you need for the delete...

Parts arrived today, taking the 4runner in for the brake squeal issue tomorrow and a leaky TPMS sensor. Hopefully get this rack removed and the delete installed this weekend as well as a heritage grill swap!

Not sure yet, the brackets have a seal on the bottom of them and the bolts seem to have rubber washers and loctite already on the bolts.
