I've only had my ORP for a few weeks. One day while looking at it in the driveway I noticed it seemed to be unlevel from left to right, NOT front to back but left to right. I broke out the tape measure and it seems the driver side is about an inch higher then the passenger side. Initially i thought it may be my driveway but I've measured it other places and I still see the discrepancy. Is this normal?

Have you checked tire pressures? Just the sun beaming on one side can raise tire pressure 3-4 psi easily.

I've checked while parked in several different places (that look flat) and every time its about an inch higher. Maybe because of having a full tank?

I have heard (perhaps from Nodak on this forum) that there is a designed-in tilt left to right but the photo evidence I have (from when my rig (TRD ORP) was still stock) seems to show virtually no tilt side to side - measured with carpenters level across roof rails. But the back to front rake is very evident. And this is with the tank essentially full (I filled up the day before these photos taken and had <10 miles on that tank at this point).
side to side - bubble essentially centered. (judgement call since the photo is a bit obstructed)

Yes definitely run a level across your roof racks or open your hood and lay a 2x3 or 2x4 across from Fender to fender, then put a level.

My early 5th gen when I was upgrading to the Bilstein leveling kit 5100. The installation instructions had you go up a clip on the shock Notch to accommodate for sag. The SAG was because the battery and the driver were on the same side.

Bilstein came up with some kind of measurement with their Springs to offset that. I don't see that anywhere on the new 6th, the battery is now on the passenger side as well as the converter for the hybrid models.

my SR5 is doing the opposite. it is ~3/8" lower (w/ 1/4 tank) on the driver's side. i checked with 3/4 tank of gas and 1/4 tank of gas and little difference, maybe an 1/8" (closer to 1/2" lower with 3/4 tank). i checked on ChatGPT and it basically said if it is a ~1/2" or less then ignore it and if pursued for repair Toyota will probably say it is within spec.
