The difference is the tires that make it sit higher with the higher trim levels.
Unless you drive a TRD Pro or a Trailhunter.

That one is still a questionable spec. People keep saying that Pro and Trailhunter are lifted (various heights reported)!but if you look at overall height it's .4 difference. So either it's not really lifted as much as reported or it's magically has a shorter body but exact same interior room or the height is incorrect.
I agree with most that the other height differences are just tire size but the ORP to PRO/Trailhunter difference still confuses me unless it's just a baby lift. Ground clearance/approach angle could be just down to no air dam installed on those. But to me it's still a mystery unless we can get stock ones to check heights.
I know I checked a OR with a level on roof rack and a laser measurement device and it was right on if I remember right. I was concerned that it would fit with the tent in garage since it's stored above the vehicle in garage and lowered in place when needed. So I did a lot of measurements and calculations before buying.
i think the big misconception is that since the PRO/TH are 1in higher in suspension height that equates to 1in taller vehicle height.
in this case toyota was mindful of keeping the over height of the vehicle close to the mainstream trims but did some magic voodoo underneath to even things out.

Unless the lift is only 1" for the front only them it would keep over height down but if its 1" front and rear then yeah some fun math would lead to the lower overall height number. I guess when people said it was 1-1.5" lift I took that to be all around. A 1" front only lift would make sense.
Interesting theory. It triggered me to link this old thread - Real/Practical Differences between TRD OR and PRO/TH Suspensions - where I said:
- Overall height (does not include roof rails or roof rack) : ORP*: 73.6"; PRO/TH: 74" "
- Ground Clearance: OFR:: 9.1"; PRO/TH:: 10.1 "
I'm looking to better understand exactly how the PRO and TH get that extra .4" of overall height and 1" of ground clearance vs. the OFR trims AND how to reconcile those two differences. (I.e., I'd like to understand how both measurements can be true?)
Yours is the first explanation I've heard that might have some chance of being true.
I would avoid calling it a "lift" since its the stock configuration for TH/PRO but I think I know what you are saying.
BUT after trying to reconcile all the numbers in that ground clearance table I am again giving up on trying to understand.
There are so many variables.
For example the tires on Sport (265/70R20 - 31.5" dia) would by themselves mean .55" less clearance than the TRD OR (265/70R18 - 32.6") but there is only a .3" difference in the table. But then again, I believe the TRD has a bigger rear diff than the Sport so maybe the suspensions put things at roughly the same height if they had the same tires on, and the diff just extends 0.2" lower? (Note that I measured the stock ORP at 9.5" at the rear diff - lowest point other than 8" air dam so I discounted the air dam since its soo much lower than the clearance "spec" So perhaps the Toyota data is just flawed??).
To OP: I abstained from answering your question originally because I don't know what is meant by "regular premium model" vs ORP. Is this referring to SR5 (regular) or Sport (which also comes in Premium) or OR (i.e., "regular" non-premium TRD Offroad)? The answer to your question is different in every case and ONLY the regular OR has same "ride height" (ground clearance). I suggest you take the advice of Joestac and Nodak and look at the specs. Every question like this should start there (its all on this sticky thread: 2025 4Runner Trim Specs. And look through Real/Practical Differences between TRD OR and PRO/TH Suspensions if you want to see measured ORP (or OR) ground clearance.
Then you can pull your hair out trying to parse the details like I have:>)
