Today was the day I got frustrated and just cut a hole in it.
**Looks worse than it is, I didn't blow it off before taking this pic.
Anyway, you can see the metal piece that's stopping the wiring harness from coming off without taking the whole thing apart...Or by cutting a hole and then also cutting an ugly chunk out of that metal piece to get the connector to slide back far enough.
The connector on the back of the light has 10 pins, only uses 9. This connector on the other side of it? 12 wires.
