Here's the install video to help clear up fuse placement.

Any issues with these turning on at random times of the day? I park mine at work and get alot of people with proof that they’re on while off and parked. Any suggestions? Followed your video same place for fuse tap. Any help appreciated.

Yes they pop on for bout 45 secs as the system resets itself, which is totally normal. They do not stay on for a long time. There’s nothing to worry about or worrying about battery drainage.

First little mod. Installed those amazon lights using the white always hot on ignition and the ground in the front pigtail. Waiting on some plastic conduit show up on the doorstep to clean up the transition to the pigtail, then gonna button everything up.

Cleaning up the transition. All buttoned up now.

So this may be common knowledge for others, but first time dealing with the plastic rivets that hold the plastic panel in place. Took the first one out with little screwdriver before I realized the error of my ways. They are three position rivets. Just press the button to release the rivet. When reinstalling push the little "rod" against something hard until it pops out all the way. When you reinstall, just press the button back to the original flush position. If you press it too far, it will unfasten again.

To prevent the lights coming on randomly with the EVAP system when car is off, put the fuse in this spot. It's for rear seat heater (Platinum trim only). Did this in my Sport Premium & no more phantom raptor 😊

This must be a stupid question but for folks who installed this raptor lights. Did you guys drill a hole in your switch box? My buddy said don't do it because it may build up some moisture. Gemini said the same thing. Lol i already got the lights but don't know if i can get away without drilling hole.

There is no o-ring seal on the cover. Im sure a strategically drilled hole would not allow water intrusion

Your buddy and Gemini are cowards!

1. Drill hole in lid
2. Run wire threw hole
3. Hook up wire
4. Test
5. Feed some excess wire into box so you have enough to take lid of if needed with out having to feed in more wire.
6. Put lid back on
7. Put silicone in hole and around wire.
8. Enjoy.

Thank you!

I was thinking of drilling a hole in the lid as you suggested, but found a way to get around without drilling.

I want to install raptor lights but want a cleaner OEM install. Was thinking of purchasing the y-harness of the illuminated badge PT413-89250-AC and splicing into it. The harness has a fuse built in as well. Still cant decide on which style of raptor lights to purchase yet.
