And both of those are for the dogs so they have room in the back (roof rack) and cant scratch up the plastics (Canvasback)

Without a doubt it is the horn upgraded to Toyota Premium Horn. $65.

I purchased mine off of Amazon. The installation is super easy. Sounds like a real horn now, not like the stock Roadrunner beep-beep.
