Hi, I just ordered a 2026 Heritage blue TRD off road premium hybrid. dealer says it will take about 6-9 months for delivery. I will be putting a quality lift and wheels with larger than stock tires once I take delivery. I'm looking for some suggestions regarding said lift. currently, I'm looking at the ARB OME MT64 lift with the ARB upper control arms but I've heard that this system might ride a little rough on road. any suggestions or discussion are welcome.
I should preface this thread with the fact most of my off roading is fire service roads and moderate trails. I honestly do not need a pro level truck so I don't think I need a KING setup or stage 7 from ICON. thanks

I imagine the MT64 suspension system would ride rougher on road because the springs are different than the factory springs or the valving of the MT64 shocks is different. My suspicion comes from watching YouTube videos as in Canada you can’t even build a 2026 model as of November 2025.

Shock surplus have some really good videos regarding the MT64 kit but I haven’t seen a direct comparison to the stock ORP hybrid setup.
Alldogsoffroad just released a post about the fox 2.0 shocks available for the 6th gen but in that post they talk about the ORP suspension being very good. Now I’m wondering about just installing a westcott designs pre-collar lift.

I would wait to drive it before making up your mind on a suspension. I have an ORPH, totally stock, and I don't take my front air dam off for trails under 7 - your description of where you're going makes me think you may just be pleasantly surprised w the stock suspension.

I'd also say to consider *better* tires before bigger tires, for the same reasons
