They foamed mine but I think it’s coming back. Local company quoted 600 to dyno all the doors. I hear it on the right side door also since they fixed it on the left
I know the exact part and location of the noice because when I had my door apart I could hold the window regulator and it wouldn’t make any buzzing. I just don’t know how to prevent it from vibrating because of the design and it’s a pretty tight squeeze between the door panel

Same! It drives me absolutely insane. If you take the door panels off, would you mind doing a step-by-step tutorial and post any advice. I am putting all other projects on hold until I can listen to my music at a decent volume without the annoying rattle.

You think dyno will help? Last time I took apart my drivers door in my 5th gen to replace a speaker I broke the door lock cost me $700 to fix it lol sooo id rather pay a prof but not if it doesn’t work

I did something very similar last time I took of the door panel, which is why I’m asking for a tutorial. Im sure a ton of people would appreciate it and could possibly come up with a solution, finally.
I feel like dyno or some other solution can be crafted up to improve the issue.

Took my TRD pro in this past week. They could replicate the noise but wouldn’t put foam in because they were concerned it would affect the operation of the window. Instead they ordered an entirely new $1200 door panel which they seem to believe will fix the issue. It won’t, the door panel isn’t the issue, it’s the window regulator rattling against itself since it’s made out of really thin aluminum. I bought some sound deadening foam off amazon and I’m going to try an remedy it myself. It’s driving me insane though because the buzzing is ear level and it’s doing it constantly.
BlinkerFluid - C/G here. That's absurd that they want to or have ordered a new door. Since my original post with the video, the repair has been flawless. Absolutely no rattle noise! If you haven't spoken to the Service Dept Mgr have them watch the video and insist they try the foam method. Even with the new door there's a good chance you'll still have the rattle. Unless of course you've already taken the door apart and started your own fix.

Thanks for the video. Helps a lot!!! I have no problem taking the door panel off, but can somebody post a video how to take the white panel off to access the window bracket? I just don’t want to break any clips 👍
