Disabling Pre-Collision System (PCS)

I hate this system. I can see the benefits but so far all it has done is startle the shit out of me over nothing when it grabs the brakes.
What if I want to hit something? Its my vehicle so I should have full control of it. Will it stop me from taking out an attacker?
It appears I would need to turn it off every time I cycle the power? rant over

yeah well if you are truly living life and have bandits out and about, sure...
PCS off could mean a lot.

get some play-doh and cover up the front radar, PCS will remain disabled.

Turn PCS off also lose cruise control.

it states in the manual as well as is outlined in Toyotas Safety Sense manuals that all PCS systems can be over ruled if the driver pushes the accelerator heavily in while the PCS is warning or trying to take control.

If you are truly needing to rear end somone, drive through a fence or smash into hijackers to get away, push the pedal to the floor and the PCS will still beep at you, but it wont force the truck to break or stop.

Make sure your dash cam is on and be sure to share the footage here after.
