Same thing happened to me. Less than 200 miles on a 2025 TRD Off Road. It is starting to sound like a common problem, so I hope the dealers start keeping the parts in stock.

Okay, just following up. I took my 4runner to the dealership and they "gave" me a loaner while they checked it out. They ran a diagnostic on it and couldn't come up with any codes, so they had to open a case with Toyota USA (little worried). The next day they called me back and said it was ready to be picked up.
Apparently, the transmission was low on oil and that is what threw everything out of whack. Time will tell, but it still pisses me off that it gets out of the factory this way.
