I had the similar problem at around 400 miles. They had to keep it overnight to contact Toyota, and it turned out the transmission was low on fluid out of the factory. No problems since.
I mention this because the dealer was initially baffled and there is no low transmission warning light...

Same thing happened to me. Less than 200 miles on a 2025 TRD Off Road. It is starting to sound like a common problem, so I hope the dealers start keeping the parts in stock.
