Traded in my beloved 2-door Bronco for the 4Runner and cried handing over the keys. No shame - I really loved that car.

But she wasn’t the most practical daily driver - bit noisy, two doors, storage was very limited, rooftop weight limits were low, towing maxing out at 3500, etc. But the 4R ORP checked every box: great off-road capability plus a comfortable everyday ride. No wonder there’s such a massive community around these.

Honestly the hardest part of letting go wasn’t even the truck itself. It was feeling like I was leaving behind a community I really loved. So here I am, making my entrance. Excited to be part of this one.

Can’t wait for all the off-road adventures and even just the daily drives with this thing. It’s so tempting to immediately sink a ton of money into upgrades - but first, I’m taking her out to get dirty and test the limits as is.

If you made it this far - anyone know the best way to snag the OEM headlights from the Trailhunter/TRD Pro?

i hope you will not be sorry getting rid of that bronco I have both 2021 bronco four-door black diamond and I just purchased a 26 4 runner . In my opinion the bronco out performs the 4 runner 100% in every category ride quality performance definitely off-road cred but I’m still keeping the forerunner. It’s my wife’s truck.

As far as headlights go Buying the limited headlights they offer same LED but without TH/TRD Pro lighted insignia

I was going back and forth between the 4Runner and Bronco...it was close. As you decided, though, I decided the 4R was the better daily driver. I expect the B to be better off-road, but not really where I want to go. Also the horrific fuel mileage on the B really put me off. I think you will enjoy this vehicle though, I definitely do mine.
