17" / 18" Tacoma Wheels (TRD Off-Road 4th gen) fit the 4Runner 6th gen

I can confirm the 2025 Tacoma TRD Off Road 17” wheels fit the 2025 4runner. Just put them on my TRD Sport today with 265/70/17 BF Goodrich Trail-Terrain T/A tires.

It is interesting how much those 17"s look exactly like the stock 18"s on my ORP. Had not realized this previously.

I agree, I hadn’t realize that either. I wonder why they went up from a 17” to an 18”, you’d think manufacturing-wise just doing 17” across both vehicles would streamline it better

Did you use the TPMS sensors off the Tacoma wheels?

Yes the wheels were takeoffs so they had their original tpms. It was pretty easy to program them, just had to add them as the second set of wheels and the car automatically detects them.

Made the same change here. Will eventually switch to a 285/70, but for now these look much better than the stock SR5 wheels/tires IMO.

Made the change but to the 18" Tacoma wheels. Threw on 275/70/18 (33.2”) Toyo AT3 tires. Much better than stock.

I went with the 17's from the Tacoma as well. I did the rough country level kit in the front and the spidertraxx spacers. I'm definitely satisfied. I think I may go to the 285's eventually, I don't know if I like how beefy they look on this wheel though.
