Curious what everyone is running on their setups for tire pressure. What tire, tire size, and load? Stock/upgraded suspension? Ride quality?

I have a SR5 4wd with Baja Boss A/T 295/70/17 (33.7") E Load on Rough Country 1.5" Front leveling spacer. When I first put the tires on they over inflated 40+ PSI and it was a rough ride and I felt every bump. 2nd place I brought it to deflated it closer to OE at 34 PSI and still felt bumpy. I decided to do chalk test runs and saw the best even wear for my tire was at a tire pressure around 28 PSI. From there it rode softer and absorbed the bumps. I did add more pressure in it and left it at 30 PSI because I felt it was too low of a pressure to run daily. A little bumpy but not much. I also adjusted the settings so it won't flag the system. The E Load tire is stiffer so I understand the ride quality will not be ideal for daily pavement driving. FYI. All PSI numbers are cold or moderately cold tires.

35psi (LT285/70R17 Wildpeak AT4) typically.

I used the load inflation tables (see "p-metric to lt-metric" : https://www.toyotires.com/media/3729/application_of_load_inflation_tables_20200723.pdf) to determine the appropriate pressure while maintaining load carrying capacity, and rounded up to the TRA min recommended pressure for LT tires.

On road, I have been running at 39# on my 285/70R18s based on this link: Tire Pressure calculator
It says this:
OEM Size (P265/70R18 SL) Load Capacity: 2542 lbs. @ 33 psi.​
Passenger type tires are fitted with a 10% overage in load capability when used on SUV's, Light Trucks, and Vans because of the difference in load handling. This load overage can be removed when changing to an LT type tire.​
That brings the effective load capacity to acheive down to 2311 lbs.​
New Size (LT285/70R18 E) Load Capacity: 2352 lbs. @ 39 psi.​
**Assessing tire contact patch for proper treadwear is always recommended.​

Feels just fine. Not too rough on the dirt roads. I may lower the pressure to 30 psi once the snowy weather arrives.
Nice. I'll keep it at 30 for now and check the wear on the next rotation. Maybe another chalk test too. I don't get snow in SoCal but I'm in CO right now visiting family and drove the 4runner and the ride was pretty good.

i'm running with 285 70 R17s on my 2025 SR5 PT 4WD, 2inch RC Leveling Kit...40 psi and rides smooth..17.8 mpg in city...and offroad

Forgot to add:

“C” load range, King 2.5s (stock valving, mid settings on compression adjusters). Ride is firm, planted and controlled, but not jarring (imo). Drove some snowy washboard earlier today and it felt solid.
