Did the brackets come with hardware??

Depends on how you source them. I think Perry Parts has a package setup that includes their stops but requires you to get the OEM brackets. Chaos has a setup but it is weld on. I went OEM and bought the parts from Lexus. I tried getting them from Toyota but they said they were Lexus only. You’ll need:
Driver’s Side Bracket: 51604-60060
Passenger Side Bracket: 51603-60060
Frame Bolts (6): 91674-N1030
As far as the stops go, you have different options depending on what you want. I wanted to a progressive cushion for hard drops and a defined limit to protect the upper fender well/flare from the 35’s. Also protects the internal stops in the shock. I went with Durobumps DBF17T. They thread directly into the brackets using JIS 10.9 M10-1.25 Flange Bolts supplied with the stops.
Note: If you you’re running a lift like the Westcott Preload Collar and 35’s you’ll want to add a spacer. I used an Icon 1/4 inch Bump Stop Spacer 51046. If you go this route you can’t use the Durobump bolts because they’re too short (30mm). You can get replacement bolts at a lot of auto parts stores. You’ll want the 10.9 M10-1.25 x 40mm Flange Bolt. It’s not JIS but it works.

Im about ready to purchase.. After the engine cover was installed, was there clearance between the cover and the engine components? If so what would you say about an inch or 2? More? Base on your pictures, I'm assuming the cover is clear of the engine, wires and components underneath it and around the perimeter of the cover.

before purchasing , I just want to make sure that there is enough clearance for heat dissipation and avoid any problems of building heat and melting plastic components underneath the cover...

That was one of the drivers for me selecting it. Yes, there's at least an inch or two clearance. Also, everything you need to get to is still accessible. IE: oil fill cap, dip stickes, etc. The cover is labeled to warn it may be hot. Benefit of the cast aluminum plus room for air to circulate.. I wonder how the plastic holds up under the heat. I'm sure you'll be happy with it. The price went up from the $199 I paid to $229 but still a good value. Might be on sale for the 4th or there may be a discount code out there.

Cool. There is a YouTube install video you might want to check out. I also did Banks Ram-Air intake and boost tubes upgrades. Not sure if I posted on this thread. If you're interested in upgrades for your turbo in my opinion this is the best setup.

Yea I had to redesign and reorganize a few times so I wouldn't bang my knee on anything. I might make something for the threaded holes and slots on the top end.

Horn(s). Literally the easiest thing I have ever done - maybe 30 min. It was almost embarrassing to use the factory horn. Same OEM premium Land Cruiser horns lots of forum contributors purchased on Amazon ($75ish). The You Tube installation videos don’t do justice to the actual sound difference. Makes me want to honk at everyone on the freeways in Southern CA. If I honk at someone reading this, I’m apologizing now.
Do yourself a favor and keep the push-pin locks organized and out of the engine bay area when removing the front cover.

I changed mine too and agree it's a no-brainer. Way better with premium horns.

Changed out the halogen turn signal bulbs for Lexland LED switchbacks
Changed horn
Removed air dam and replaced factory tow hooks with red ones
After a good washing was going to install Tufskinz raised letter overlays on the hatch but realized I ordered the wrong color so gotta send em back.
