I’m very proud of this build. Thinking about some new shoes. Maybe next year. Here is what I did:

HI Ryan, she is great looking! And thanks again for your running boards. I paid it forward sending my roof rails out to an owner in Indy as I replaced with ARB roof rack.

Looks nice. I've been debating getting the premium/TH tail lights for my ORP too. Everything on my 4R is Everest and black except those.

How hard were they to swap out? I've done them on a Tacoma a few times, but the 4R looks a bit more involved.

This was out of my mechanical expertise, so I had it done at an Off Road Shop. They said it was a pain in the ass with layer upon layer to pull apart and put back together with the new parts. The tail lights, premium horn and skid plate were easy as you can get. Good luck in your build.

@4rsreed thanks so much for the tow hook! You're build looks incredible in person. Something interesting I noticed was that the NYTOP recovery hooks are elevated from the stock position, which greatly reduces the risk of bottoming them out like I did.

Also to all the NOVA 4runner folks, would love to go out as a group and hit some of the local trails! I've done Canaan loop road, FR18 in WV and flagpole knob so far but would love to do more

The Brake Lights are the TRD Pro and TrailHunter Brake Lights. These were remarkable easy to install. I did it myself.

Here is where I bought them from. Usually discounted off MSRP and free shipping. You will need right and left.

I didn't do the Grille, Light Bar, Alpha Rex, and NYTOP Bumper install. That was beyond my capabilities because you have to remove the front end and there are layers upon layers to work through. From all accounts, it was a pain in the ass.

Quick question: did your orp come with threaded holes on the frame for Rock sliders? If not, what did you use for solution for mounting the rock slider?

Yes, I had the unthreaded bolt holes issue. I took it to an Off Road Shop and they used Blind Bolts for the issue. I supplied ATC Specialty Products 1/4 Box Bolts but the Shop didn't trust them and they had Blind Bolts for the install. It worked out in the end.
