lol i use to be heating in usaf before i x-trained into data analysis. actually got to work on 2 navy boilers heating a b52 hanger (i say navy as they were compact as hell for mechanical room they were in and for the amount of steam they made to heat that hanger)

they eventually decomission them when the heat plant went away (high temp brine lines 400 psi) yes we had steam heat plant feeding the whole base to heat buildings up until mid 90s

ok, I feel the need to add an odd job in here:

I was an IT guy for several years before that; I don’t miss it at all.

Worked at a race car parts shop and built several highly modified cars as my passion/first job in High School through college. Fun times. I still have an old musclecar, but I enjoy import performance also.


I would be happy to be semi-retired now or back in performance engine/drivetrain development and making billet parts on a CNC, and have plenty to do.

Unfortunately, I also wasn’t one of the powerball winners.
