Drove to Florida 2200 miles, lost 2 screws on the way down 2nd from outside on both sides of the vehicle, got back still the rest are tight. Drove the last couple days around town now missing the outside scew, Air Dam is now rubbing the tire on the driver side, At the dealer now, Hope there is permanent fix for this other than removing the air dam ?

Checked my front air dam today after reading this. All the screws appear tight and in place but I did notice the passenger side of the air dam is not even close to as stiff as the drivers side? like the drivers side is quite firm and resists movement, but the passenger side will move with even a very light touch.

I just noticed yesterday my air dam is the same way. There is a decent sized gap when I slightly touch the passenger side of the air dam, but the screws feel tight for now.

Are you missing the second screw from the outside screw ? That is how mine felt when the second from the outside screw was missing after a drive to Florida

All my screws appear present and tight.

I just took a closer look, and the second screw from the left is actually missing. I guess I’ll take the whole air dam off now to be safe.

I also double checked today, got right under there and visually verified the screws instead of by feel - i was mistaken before, the second screw is indeed missing. Unfortunate.

I took mine to the dealer, they replaced the screws, now I will just drive it and see what happens

I checked mine and all the screws are there and tight. I am debating removing it though since I think it might look better. ?‍♂

Beating the dead horse with a new report :D

After I replaced the 2 second most outboard screws about 1.5 months ago, those same screws are now gone . I've wanted to keep this thing on for an upcoming 1000 mile roadtrip, but I think my patience is wearing thin and it's coming off for good.

Well the recent QC hold is now official from Toyota QC534, for the air dam issues.
