I noticed that -- there is a company selling a vinyl overlay to make the fogs yellow. This might be what happened here.

Yea they look like fog light amber vinyl overlays - to change their color without changing the fog light bulbs.

These are ET25 not ET35. Nomad doesn't make an ET35 in this wheel (yet).
