It’s the front only. We brought the service bulletin to our dealer from Toyota and they ordered the parts and fixed the front brakes last month and now it’s gone.
Mine is the base SR5 nothing but a reverse camera. The blue solid lines are rock solid but if I follow the yellow lines that curve, I will take out the cars next to me. Could be my tires and lift but I doubt it.
Curious if anyone else feels the same but I just cant get over how terrible this new "fish eye" lens is when using the back up camera. The yellow curved line is also just terrible and not very accurate. When I try to back into a parking lot it looks as if you are hitting the vehicle next to you...
I went with 0 offset and I poke out about 2 inches. I’m sure it will be harder on my suspension parts but that’s a conscious decision on my part. My tires are 33x18 and the look works for me but I did put a level kit on because I would have rubbed for sure.
I wish I knew the answer to that but the shop I initially used had a garbage wheel balance machine and they tried 3 times to get them balanced but when they couldn’t they blamed method and claimed the wheels were bad. I went to a shop with a better machine as well as better wheel guys and they...
Looks like the problem is fixed. It was the installer. Apparently he has a lousy wheel guy and the machine they use was subpar. I found a guy with the latest Hunter system and he showed me all the weights he had to take off from the previous shop. Truck is smooth on hwy now.
I do not recommend a 0 or negative offset unless you want an aggressive poke. I went with 0 offset Method 703's and they are about 2-3" outside the fender flares. I also have the 2.5 collar lift and I have a slight rub at full lock in reverse. Im actually looking to sell my wheels and go with a...
After 3 trips to the shop we just cant seem to get the new Method/Nitto tires and wheels balanced properly. Its fine in city driving but any highway use we get a vibration above 65mph. The shop who specializes in off road vehicles and lifts that we have been using for 10 years told us after the...
I have noticed over the years with all the vehicles I have lifted, that aerodynamics had the biggest impact. The tires alone didn’t impact as much but the lift created so much drag and brought the mpg down much more
We have had them on for a few weeks now and getting them balanced has been a chore so far. Picking up a vibration around 70 mph but other than that they are smooth.
I have same size tires and a 2.5” lift up front and I get a slight rub at full lock in reverse. Could be my 0 offset but that is not super aggressive
I drove mine about a month / 500 miles before I switched out the tires and wheels and added the 2.5 lift. It lost a little handling on the highway like all lifts I have ever done (can’t take high speed turns as fast) but steering is 100% the same. Bumps are more noticeable for sure
