Wind Chill paint = yellow tint?

I'm pretty settled on a Limited 4R but the only color I seem to like is black, which comes with great responsibility. I know I'd drive myself nuts with it given how much it can show swirl marks, even with ceramic, PPF, and proper washing. I love plain white, but it seems like almost all manufacturers decided to go with a pearl white, which always looks dirty to me in the sun. I'd rather them put a metallic in black to help with masking swirls, but what do I know? Unfortunately the silver isn't avail on the limited trim.

That said, how is the wind chill (white pearl?). In certain lighting, do you see it with the yellow undertone like most? I saw one the other day but it was dark out so I didn't get a good idea for it.

thats weird there is no cutting edge for the limited, trd pro or trailhunter

thats blasphemy, as that is my first choice color to hide light dirt/dust. only reason i got a heritage blue is cause the wife was thinking of taking the 4R and i was going to get another 4R in silver.

i mean the wife and i dont even notice the blue ambient light in the 23 tundra platinum anymore either

Had wind chill on a 24 LC and coming on the 26 platinum. I never once saw what you mentioned and to be honest got so many compliments on how good the color looked. No cream in this one at all.

Awesome color, similar to our Santa Fe and previous Ranger premium white colors.

I see a slightly golden glitter, not yellow or dull.

Wind Chill Pearl was our #1 color choice, but not available on ORP. Ice Cap likely looks better anyway with the ORP black accents.

yeah bummer but meh, trd pro and TH are not in my wheel house, dont care for them myself at my age. need the FT4wd for ND winters.

I have the windchill pearl Limited. I really like it. How it looks is highly dependent on the ambient lighting. It can somehow have both warm and cool undertones. It can almost have a bluish hue in overcast or high kelvin overhead LED lot lighting. Warmer in bright sunny days but never “cream or yellow”.

I look at mine everyday and I have never seen it look yellow like that. I guarantee that is either a photo setting/processing thing OR there was a very warm, yellow light source nearby used to take that photo.

During sunrise/sunset, you'll see yellow tint on the paint, like mine.

Other than that, it's a beautiful pearl white!
