Simply not true re: inside job. Had my LC stolen and the police said all makes and models have been taken by organized crime. Many of which had no common threads.

Ha nope. Parked at a friends house for dinner and it was gone 2 hours later. 1 of 6 Toyota trucks taken from that area in 3 months. It’s an everywhere problem and it’s embarrassing how easy it is/auto makers don’t do anything.

On this - I had my LC stolen a month ago and have a 4Runner coming next week. Were there any issues with warranty on the installation. Did you contact Toyota or anything of the sort?

Not an option in their system to purchase for anyone with any model. Aftermarket through baja only.

Anyone find a rubber cover or mat that stops your phone from slipping? Land Cruiser (albeit sits flat) has a number of options that prevent that and damage to the charger from your phone sliding around

Appreciate that - im coming over to a platinum from a Land Cruiser (stolen :() and was curious - mainly in relation to the 5 tire rotation that was in the manual in the LC and curious if same existed here. appreciate any insight!

@Gator @Nodak really random question after tracking down a some platinums - did yours come with a spare tire that matches the other 4 (ie. wheel and all) or just a full size convenience spare?

Knowing more info now would you agree that the LC with the full time system offers all of the off road items mentioned above (locking diff, mts, crawl control, and sway disconnect) on 2/3 models? Just making sure I’m not confused as I know lots of information has come out since this post thanks!
