Westcott Lo Pro Roof Rack Install

I have the same roof rack and one of the main complaints I have is that you have to remove the crossbar every time you want mount something which has caused me to strip a couple of the bolts that were included due to having to remove them so often. Do you happen to know what size the bolt is that holds the side rail to the bracket that holds the roof rack onto the roof? I know the crossbar bolt is a M8.

The amount of wind noise from switching from factory is substantial.

You may want to check your install. I adjusted mine as close to the roof as possible.
Mine is less noisy than the standard crossbars and the only time I notice it is if it catches certain strong crosswinds
