So far 551 Miles in a month. The only mods so far have been the Wescott Designs Full Preload Collar Lift Kit and the Toyota Info Screen Protector.

I've gone off the reservation with numerous mods on our ORP . I'll post some photos of it and a list of mods sometime this weekend. I'm enjoying both vehicles and prefer the Pro, although our ORP is growing on me.

Thank you for these, however judging by the measurements, it looks like you measured from the ground. Unfortunately, you can't do that when taking measurments as wheel and especially tire sizes vary. They need to be measured from center hub (center cap) or bottom of wheel. Are you able to do that?

That said, looks like it's pretty even with one side maybe a tad shorter than the other. Is that correct?

Pretty much, maybe slight rake towards front. Did not check the air in the tires. It drives well and gives a different perspective of the hood scoop which is more desirable

Thank you for these pics as well. Very helpful. Rig is looking good.

Did they install the full kit in the front (i.e. 1" top hat and collar)? I suspect they did because it looks like a full 2" lift. As I expected, It's perfectly level but for me it gives it the optical illusion of a reverse rake. If you indeed installed both the top hat and collar, then that answers my question.

I will be only installing the collar in the front.

Thank you!

Your TRD Pro is looking beast @Scrappopatamus! How many inches does the Westcott Designs collar lift kit raise the front and rear on the TRD Pro?

Figured. I keep looking at your photos and wondering if the full kit is still the way to go. I'm torn. Have you aligned it yet? How many miles have you driven on it since the lift? I ask because the front end will settle a bit more if these pics are fresh off the lift. In which case, if it settles more, would be a perfect stance IMO.

Cheers!

Thanks for posting the photos with measurments. Looks like pretty close to a level suspension now. The tires look smaller now! Are you planning on up sizing anytime soon?

It was completed yesterday afternoon and I drove it home last evening. They did alignment as well.

Excellent. So it should settle another .25" in the next few miles. Thanks! Now put some 35s on it. LOL

I have an '18 Pro w/17K miles that's bone stock other than a Wescot collar lift. I may upsize the tires at some point.

Papadap, I am with you with just installing the collars in the front and pucks in the rear especially with your larger tire set up. I know it will look great and give you the look and function you are going for. I have noticed on two Westscott YouTube installation videos (Tacoma & Land Cruiser) that they are installing the collars only on the front suspension with no top hats. I am surprised that WD is not offering a package that excludes the top hats. Maybe you will enspire them to do just that once you show us all what it looks like with the measurments. I assume that are not getting as many orders for the PRO and Trailhunter so possibly the R&D hasn't caught up with all of the other offerings from Toyota. I contacted WD to see if they would just sell the preload collars and pucks as a kit. Jason wants me to send them the measurements of my stock height, front and rear from hub center to wheel well to determine what components to get. I told him that it's for a 2025 TRD PRO 4Runner. I would think they should already know that information. No point in buying parts I don't want or need.

Correct. I was speaking with Jason a while back. They don't have many Pros they did R&D on. They're posting a Trailhunter video sometime next week with the lift. However, between Jeff and Jason, I've been getting numbers all over the place. Jeff said they got 1.9" lift on a Trail hunter. I don't want that. I want like a 1.25-1.5" MAX in the front. Only way to do that is with their collar. The top hat only gives .5" of lift (.7" if combined with the collar because of the extra preload).

Seeing Scrapp's pics now, the truck is definitely level but I want that .5-1" front rake because when it get's loaded up in the back, it will look saggy.

I'm sure WD will catch up. Once 626 Customs installs mine next week, we are sending WD measurements as WD and 626 work together on many projects.

I had to only install the collar on my Sequoia TRD Pro as well. Never installed their top spacer when I lifted it a couple years ago. Would have given it a reverse rake.

...and this is why I always go with Kings. Adjust them as I see fit. LOL

In order to get a true reading you need to release the parking brake. What happens is that the brakes lock with you in the seat. Release it and the driver side raises a little. Some of the 5 th gen guys created their own problems and complained about leaning on one side because they applied the parking brake while sitting in it and then put a spacer on the driver side to lift it back up. The aftmarket took advantage of the stupidity lol and cashed in. And it was all about releasing the parking brake after exiting.

I want to also throw a lift kit on. But even with the trd pro mud flaps, it sounds like my truck still kicks up rocks (on gravel road) into the side of the vehicle and onto the fenders.

Is this the case for you? Did the lift make this worse?
