Did you leave them in there a while? The ones I had did have some curls/creases but they resolved fairly soon once in place. The instructions are clear on that.
I did read the instructions and I've owned plenty of all wether mats for the many vehicles I've owned. I just was not a fan of the quality on these.

The main creases from packaging worked themselves out but the folded over edges on the sides had some creases and hard bends in them that were not going to work themselves out. The door sill coverage area of the mat was so far raised off of the sill on the drivers side. It looked terrible. That wasn't something that wasnt going to get better over time. The passenger mat had a bad bend in the middle of it as well like it was molded wrong in that spot.

My Lasfit floor liners came in. I wasn't at all happy with the quality. The part that covers the door sills refuses to sit flat, and there are a bunch of creases from shipping that aren't going to work themselves out. Back in the box they went.

I ended up ordering the Weathertech HP's. Very pricy for what they are, but the Lasfits just looked too crappy to put in a new vehicle. The coverage was there but the fit was terrible.
Please post photos of the HPs when you get them! I am considering replacing my Oem all-weather mats.

Will do. I went through a bunch of photos/videos from people online and I have high hopes for em. It became alot easier to justify their price after not being a fan of the Lasfits at all.

regardless of brand, best to let the floor liners sit flat (spaced out and in the orientation that they are going to be installed) in hot location for a day or two to remove the memory effect of shipping in a rolled up shipping position.

i usually let mine soak in the hot garage during summer for a few days

i did notice the WT took longer and quite never went back to factory specs (the door sill never sat down correctly in 5 yrs in the 2018 tundra or 12 yrs in my 14 4Runner.

put husky's in the 23 tundra and they sat flush better than the WT.

the lasfit so far are comparable to the husky's in sitting flush without much curing in the heat

it might be due to the husky's and lasfit are more pliable than the WT's hp. also hate how slick the WT are vs the husky's x-act contours and lasfit.

another option i have seen is the tuxmats

the problem i have is that the WT and husky's dont have coverage on the seat backs when you fold them flat for loads.

the lasfits come with seat back covers

The Weathertech HP are way more pliable than the Lasfits. They are more rubbery than plasticky. At the end of the day the lasfit just weren't for me. Great coverage but just overall seems to cheap to me. I'd rather pony up the extra cash and go with the HP's. Ill post some pics when the come in.

Leave them is awhile and they will fit perfectly

Wasn't really a fit issue. Just some wonky areas on them that werent formed right at the factory. I wasn't a fan of these. They've already been sent back and I ordered the HP's from WT. Figured I'd give Lasfit a try but these aren't for me.

Lasfit are the way to go. Weather tech are plasticy and not as grippy. The lasfit are strong rubber, clean easy, and cheaper letting me put more into other things.
