Well that escalated quickly.
I thought that I would just find the wires and start drilling access holes.
Toyota says HELL NAW WE'RE GONNA MAKE THIS RIDICULOUS. This single light has more wiring than most car stereos LOL
This is where the factory connector comes in (that's it at the bottom), so this is where the magic will need to happen (I think). I cannot get that wire connector on the inside loose, there's a metal frame behind it that would need to come off first.
I can't remove that board, or hardly anything else, due to the location of the screws. The entire housing is snapped together in at least two pieces, but I can't for the life of me get them to come apart. No amount of prying and tugging has done it. Pretty sure it's bonded somehow and the clips were just there to hold it temporarily. This is when headlights go in the oven I think LOL
