Do NOT get the maintenance coverage. Toyota already includes 2 years of maintenance for FREE. Atleast here in the US. You really aren't save any, if you decide to include it bundled in your financing. Your basically paying interested on maintenance. You are not require to buy the warranty from the dealer you bought the car from. Shop around as dealers markup their extended warranties by over 200%. They may charge $2500 but their cost is nearly $1k.
